It’s been a busy few months since we’ve announced Steve Turner as our EMEA Director, and we are actively helping customers across EMEA with their Oracle challenges, from very different industry verticals.
A few trends we’ve noticed:
ABC Audits – Seeing an uptick in using audits as a revenue generator for cloud, frustrating their customer base at the same time.
Audit Letters – Wording in audit letters communicating accelerated timelines and giving customers only 5 days to respond. It’s important customers know their contracts and their obligations when receiving an audit request from Oracle.
The good news, we’ve seen our EMEA customers take a strategic and proactive view on their Oracle investments and have been able to take back control of their Oracle relationships.
